LIfEwiSe TCN in Ohio used school aides for IEP students. When I informed the director that this was a violation of regulations, because it was using public school (payroll) and involved public school Employees in the instruction, she said other schools were doing it that way too, and it was fine if the school administrators allowed it—that it was up to the school and the individual aid if they were comfortable. I believe I have evidence of these conversation still if you ever do an in depth article about that particular violation. I believe this is a widespread problem.

Absolutely. Send me the evidence and I will give it the exposure it needs. I am working on an article that includes other IEP issues as well. It’s clearly a problem and Lifewise will exploit administration and staff that are ignorant to RTRI every chance they can get.
